Need Analysis
Risk assessments are required before insurance coverage quotes are issued by the company. Much of the information is gathered from prospects/clients for onward submission to the underwriters. We carefully analyze risk exposures and coverage needs of the residential and commercial customers.
Recommendations
In addition, to our analysis, as agents we make recommendations as to the amount and type of coverage suitable for each exposure. When suitable plans are available we suggest the clients to review their existing plans with the opportunities by offering plan comparison.
Applications
Having agreed to bind the quotations which includes premium for the proposed coverage, the prospects get our help in filling up the applications. Our staffs complete the paper works carefully and accurately in a timely manner. We reach out should there be additional information required.
Policy Deliverance
We make sure the policies are delivered by the company on time. We are ready to explain the client responsibilities and services rendered by us and the companies. We review the policy with the clients periodically and adjust as per changes and growth of the individual or companies.
Social Services
Anwar Insurance Agency believes in helping the people in need. We often participate in the social service to the members of the community. We enjoy supporting the destitute faction around.
Associated Services
In addition, we help clients with updates and endorsement, issuance of certificate of insurance, claims, inspections, audit and inspection recommendations, premium payment and cancellations. We work with the underwriters to resolve issues and answer complicated queries on client’s behalf.
