Sales / Insurance Producer 

Anwar Insurance Agency is a rapidly growing insurance agency positioned uniquely in the marketplace to serve the needs of small businesses.  We are actively searching for Producers and talented sales professionals to join our growing team.

In this role you will be responsible to solicit prospective clients utilizing our in house resources, build relationships, and gather the information necessary to properly quote and sell commercial lines of coverage the prospect needs to effectively manage their risk and exposure.

This is an excellent opportunity for both recent college graduates and individuals with previous sales experience.  Prior insurance experience and an active insurance license are not required.  All new Producers will participate in Anwars in house training program which will give you the tools needed to be successful in the role.

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate a passion and work ethic which are critical for the role, and also understand the care that goes into servicing the clients in our marketspace.  We provide a proprietary software tool that facilitates prospecting activities.

We provide generous compensation model which enables you to grow your earnings without a cap, while having the security of a consistent paycheck. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, high computer literacy, and excellent communication skills are required.
